About Triangulum

Triangulum is an artist-run initiative based in Quezon City, Philippines focused on exploring the roles of art and culture in a rapidly changing world. It was founded in 2023 by E.S.L. Chen as a response to the monolithic nature of societies. Along the way, Frelan "Pakz" Gonzaga, Karina Broce Gonzaga, and Wipo have contributed greatly to the vision of bringing artists together to freely express ideas. Photography and the physical print have a special place in the group's oeuvre because they represent our creative origins.

Triangulum's vision is to physically export Philippine art, culture and talent. We seek to do this by fostering healthy international exchange and by producing publications that can be disseminated. We are also committed to using art to communicate and to engage with the public. Our current goal is to build a network of like-minded collaborators around the world. We will engage with international curators and spaces that are willing to organize and to host the Triangulum team as we create and leave art on foreign soil while interacting with the host’s culture.
